This year, we’re bringing the CrossTrades conference to Bangkok, Thailand, a dynamic centre of commerce and trade in Southeast Asia. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
This year, our event will host a maximum of 180 attendees, with ticket sales available in three waves of 60 tickets each, as mentioned below. Accommodation is booked separately.

We strongly recommend staying at The Athenee. Having everyone under one roof is an important part of what makes our AGM successful. Conversations continue long after the formal sessions end, connections grow stronger, and there is no need to navigate Bangkok traffic late at night.
Hotel reservations are subject to The Athenee Hotel’s cancellation terms and conditions. Rooms can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event.
Joining With a Spouse or Partner?
We’re thrilled to welcome more spouses/partners to our events! We organise opportunities to explore the city together, creating lasting memories while being part of the CrossTrades experience.

Cancellation policy:
Booking early is risk-free.
- Cancel by 30 June 2027 for a full credit towards future network payments.
- Cancelling between 1 July and 15 August 2027 gives you a 50% credit.
- After 15 August 2027, cancellations will not be credited.
- Your hotel reservation is separate and subject to The Athenee Hotel’s own cancellation terms.
Do You Need a Visa for Thailand?
Ensure you check if a visa is required for Thailand and submit your application early to ensure smooth entry. We can assist you with invitation letters but we do not manage visa applications on your behalf.
