Our attendees will enjoy an all-inclusive experience featuring a 3-night stay at the luxurious Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel, all meals, full conference access, and more — with no hidden costs.
Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
This year, our event will host a maximum of 150 attendees, with ticket sales available in three waves of 50 tickets each.

Our CrossTrades Istanbul Conference is officially sold out.
Cancellation policy:
Booking early is risk-free.
- Cancel by 30 June 2025 for a full credit towards future network payments.
- Cancelling between 1 July and 15 August 2025 gives you a 50% credit.
- After 15 August 2025, cancellations will not be credited.
Do You Need a Visa for Türkiye?
Ensure you check if a visa is required for Türkiye and submit your application early to ensure smooth entry. We can assist you with invitation letters but we do not manage visa applications on your behalf.
